FULL MOON MEDICINE ✷
Join Sarah Gabriel at River Alchemy of Creative Arts on Monday, Oct. 6th from 6:30-8:30pm, for Full Moon Medicine, weaving celestial inspiration, movement, massage, breathwork, and sound healing, for release and renewal.
Guided by our own full moon intentions, we’ll explore gentle stretching, breathwork, vocalization, and playful connection, in order to expand loving awareness and encourage embodied liberation.
Please wear loose-fitting clothing with easy access to areas you would like to receive massage. Please bring blankets, pillows, eye covers, water, and whatever you need to be comfortable on the floor. Yoga mats and bolsters are available for use. Smudging starts at 6:30pm, doors close at 7pm.
$22 suggested donation, all welcome.
